A bloke contacted me through a website that im advertising my work - 'artist search'. He says he wants to purchase one of my paintings and asked for the cost. I replied saying the price is 75 quid and can be purchased on my website. He then emails back and says he is happy with the fixed cost and would like 10 pics for £750 i tell him the painting is an original and i only have one so does he mean he wants prints? (Bearing in mind the original is only 75 quid he wants to pay 750 for prints) He replies saying yes he wants 10 prints and will send a cheque once its cleared i can send the prints. Does this sound dodgy to you??? Advice most appreciated ive never dealt with anyone wanting prints before especially 10!
I've said i only accept paypal payments for security reasons and i havent heard back from him!!
